Rebel Roasted Crunchies

A crunchy, protein-packed snack with the perfect balance of carbs, protein, and healthy fats to fuel endurance training and recovery.

  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp raw honey
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp sea salt
  • 1/8 tsp turmeric
  • Optional: Pinch of cayenne for a metabolism-boosting kick
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Dry the chickpeas thoroughly with a paper towel to ensure crispiness.
