Before diving into deep breathing or adding that perfect mug to your cart, please read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) carefully. By accessing or using this site, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you disagree with anything here, no hard feelings—but you may want to exit the starship.

1. The Basics (Use of Site)

      By using this site, you agree to:

       Iron Force 99 offers the following:

• Online (pre-recorded and live) and in-person yoga classes
• Guided meditations (pre-recorded and live)
• Endurance Mentoring and community support for athletes and wellness-seekers
• Email-based updates, inspiration, and exclusive content
• Sales of branded merchandise (mugs, water bottles, t-shirts, etc.)

We may be Force-sensitive, but we’re not medical professionals. All practices offered through Iron Force 99 (including yoga, meditation, and mentoring) are intended for educational and general wellness purposes only.

Always consult with a healthcare provider before beginning any new exercise or wellness program, especially if you have a medical condition, injury (like spinal compression), or are under treatment.

Use our content at your own risk. You are responsible for your body, your choices, and your hydration levels.

4. Intellectual Property

Everything you see here—the name “Iron Force 99,” our logo, classes, meditations, images, videos, product designs, and more—are our intellectual property (unless otherwise credited).

Do not copy, modify, reproduce, upload, transmit, or use our content in any way without written permission. Basically, no pirating the squad’s tech.

Purchases & Payments

We offer merchandise (mugs, water bottles, t-shirts) and may occasionally sell digital or live offerings.

Payment Terms: All prices are listed in USD and processed securely.
Shipping: We aim to ship quickly, but galactic transport can experience delays.
Refund Policy:

• Merchandise: Refunds or exchanges accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items.
• Digital Products (e.g. meditations): Non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
• Live Sessions (Yoga/Mentoring): Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance for a full refund.

6. Community & Email Communication

By signing up or making a purchase, you agree to receive emails from Iron Force 99. These may include community updates, exclusive content, offers, and the occasional morale boost. You can unsubscribe anytime—no hard feelings, though we’ll miss you.

Our community spaces (if applicable) are meant to be inclusive, respectful, and free of hate, spam, or shady activity. Violators will be removed faster than a malfunctioning droid.

7. Limitation of Liability

We do our best to ensure everything is accurate, safe, and supportive. However, Iron Force 99 is not liable for:
